Dealing with Gas

A few months back I wrote an article about gas relief. It's been such a common complaint recently that I decided it was time to re-share some highlights and common causes.


There are a number of things than can attribute to gas, and some may just be things you hadn't thought of before, and yes, some are super simple to correct.


1- Avoid Artificial Sweeteners: if you want a little extra sweet without the sugar, opt for natural alternatives like Raw Organic Stevia


2- SLOW DOWN: I get it, we all have kids to tend to, jobs to do and households to manage but come on..... give yourself just a little time to eat and your body will thank you for it.


Taking the time to slow down and chew your food properly, will aid in digestion, help prevent over eating, help prevent gulping in extra air (causing belching) AND.... drum roll please..... you may actually even ENJOY your food a little more when your not inhaling it.
