A stressful lifestyle, improper eating habits, imbalanced diet and increased exposure to chemicals such as environmental pollutants (air, water) and pesticides, drugs, hormones, heavy metals in foods also weaken our body gradually.
The impacts of un-managed stress can be devastating. With consequences extending to all aspects of our lives. As a coach, I have seen the outcomes of this stress, both personally and professionally and understand the pain and frustrations it can leave behind.
To better help my clients, I am conducting stress impact study. Over the course of a year, I will be accepting 5 volunteers a month to help better understand needs and identify methods to mitigate stress levels.
In this study, volunteers will participate in month long program, and will be asked to complete an online survey, followed by 4, 30-Minute private coaching calls to further review the stresses in their lives & discuss strategies to help mitigate the impacts on their lives.
Space is limited to 5 Volunteers per month. If interested. Click the link below to apply today.
